MYLK CHOCOLATE PUDDING 

1 avocado
1/2 banana 
1/2 cup plant-based mylk of choice
3 Tablespoons Date paste
2 Tablespoons Cacao or Carob Powder 
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Powder
1/2 teaspoon Ashwagandha
pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt

Blend well and Enjoy! Makes 6, 3 ounce serving
