SHIPPING
Same Day Shipping
Any order received before 10:00 AM Central Time is shipped the very same business day. Orders received after 10:00 AM Central Time will be shipped the next business day, although we do our best to ship the same day if possible on all orders, even those received after 10:00 AM Central Time.
Shipping Methods
We ship all packages either by FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Expedited shipping options are available for purchase.
International Orders
At this time, because of the high shipping costs, we are not currently shipping to customers outside of the United States.
RETURNS
Before returning any products, please email us at service@terrasoul.com for instructions and a return authorization. Please make sure to include your order number in the subject of your email.
Return Order
Any unopened and unused products may be returned for any reason within thirty days. The products must be in new condition with original , resalable packaging. For health reasons, any opened products are not returnable. Similarly, any products where the labeling or packaging has been torn are also not returnable. Upon arrival of the returned products, a refund will be issued for the cost of the products, but not including any return shipping charges.
Cancel Order
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed but before it has shipped, you will be refunded the entire amount of the order. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, you may refuse delivery of the package so that it bounces back to us at no charge to you. Once received, we will issue a refund for the full amount paid, minus the actual shipping costs.
Exchange Order
To exchange an order, the products must be in a new, condition, as described above. Email us at service@terrasoul.com with your order number for detailed instructions. On exchanges, you will be charged the cost of shipping to return the items to us, and we will ship the new products with no additional shipping fees charged to you.
For large or wholesale orders, we charge a 10% restocking fee for returned products. This minimal cost only covers our fees to receive the order and restock the inventory. For questions about possible restocking fees, please contact us before returning your order.
Important: The customer is responsible for products that are lost in the mail when being returned. Therefore, please be sure to properly insure your package(s). FedEx, USPS, and UPS include tracking and insurance, although you may want to purchase additional insurance to fully cover the value of the products.
