GOJI TEA

 

We receive quite a few questions about Vitamin C and which foods to consume for immunity. GOJI TEA

Take 1/4-1/3 cup Goji Berries and 2-3 cups of boiling water and put into a mug. Cover and steep for a minimum of 10-15 minutes. Remove Goji’s (they can be saved for later or eaten as is) and enjoy. A squeeze of fresh lemon is nice too.
