Choosing organic and Fairtrade-certified superfoods not only benefits the individual farmer, but their entire community. All of our superfood coffees (and cacao products by the end of 2022) are Fairtrade-certified through Fairtrade America which supports and empowers farmers, workers, their families and communities. To be Fairtrade-certified, one must provide safe working conditions and stable livelihoods, all while helping to protect the environment.

THE BOTTOM LINE
Our fair trade and direct trade models offer opportunities to everyone connected with our supply chains. By engaging directly with farmers’ cooperatives and their partner manufacturers, we are able to offer efficient distribution and access to the U.S. organic consumer, while providing new and rewarding economic opportunities to farmers and indigenous communities. The higher prices they receive for organic superfoods, over normal commodity crops, significantly increases the income opportunities for these agricultural communities.
