CHARCOAL COCONUT TOOTH SCRUB

Most commercial toothpastes contain ingredients that are harmful to the body. Making your own tooth scrub is an affordable way to clean your teeth naturally.

Research has shown that incorporating Coconut Oil into your oral health routine leads to fresher breath, healthier gums, and whiter teeth.

Activated charcoal is an amazing detoxifier, which works by attaching to toxins and impurities in the body to draw them out. In the same way, it can lift away surface stains on teeth from everyday coffee, tea, etc., making it an excellent tooth whitening agent.

This recipe can be used as a tooth scrub used in addition to your regular brushing routine, and can easily be customized with other essential oils, or by adjusting coconut oil ratios. Use less for a grittier scrub or more for a smoother paste.
