Can I order your products outside the United States?
No. At this time we currently do not ship outside of the US.
Can orders to be changed after they are placed?
Yes. Assuming your order hasn't been shipped we can change, update or cancel your order. Please email us or call us with your invoice number and change request.
Do you offer coupons or special discounts?
Yes. We have free weekly giveaways and posted specials on our facebook page. Like our facebook page or join our newsletter to start receiving special offers.
How long will my order take to ship?
We ship all orders received before 11:00AM CST the same day and orders received after 11:00AM CST the next business day. See Shipping and Returns for more information.
Do you accept product returns or exchanges?
We want you to be satisfied with our products. If you have a defective, damaged, or a product you're unsatisfied with please contact us so we can promptly resolve any issues.
Are your products raw and GMO-free?
All of our products except for Gelantinized Maca and Coconut Palm Sugar are considered raw and low temperature processed below 118°F. All of our products are GMO-free.
Are your products kosher certified?
All of our products are kosher, but our facility is currently not under Rabbi supervision.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Currently our bags are not recyclable. We are an environmentally focused company and our bags have an inner foil liner which protects its contents from light degradation. While we wait on the packaging industry to develop a recyclable alternative that performs as well as our current packaging, we encourage our customers to reuse our bags as many times as possible.
What is in the pouch that comes inside some of your bags?
We use oxygen absorbers to ensure the freshness of many of our products. The absorbers we use are FDA approved for food use and only contain iron powder and natural zeolite.
